Submit a Return Request
We want you to feel completely confident in your Zinzina purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to request an exchange or store credit.
Please note our returns policy before submitting:

We accept returns on full-priced items only.

Returns must be received by Zinzina within 21 days of your order's delivery date.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and hygiene stickers attached.

We do not offer refunds — eligible returns will be issued as a store credit or exchange only.

Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

Shipping & Returns:

Faulty Item: Zinzina will cover the cost of shipping and handling if the product is faulty.
Please email us at support@zinzina.com.au for photos of product if it is faulty.
Please note: Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Refunds are returned via the original payment method. We are not legally held responsible for any customers due to 'change of mind' once the order has been shipped. Exchange and return postage costs are paid by the buyer.
