Återbetalningspolicy

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@zinzina.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO BOX 301 Beaconsfiled, Victoria 3807, Australia 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do our best to serve our customers the best that we can at Zinzina.

The Customer Service team at Zinzina does their best to ensure that they can accurately assist you in finding your best size in our products. However, due to variations in the way that measurements are taken, the uniqueness of our bodies, and each person's fit preference, we can not guarantee finding your perfect size. Our team is experienced and trained on our products and has had great success in assisting many different women of all shapes and sizes in finding their perfect fit.

We accept products purchased from www.zinzina.com.au in new condition with tags and liners intact for exchange or store credit only (no refunds). You have 21 days only from the day your items arrive to post them back to us. Exchanges will not be accepted past this 21-day period. Please note all final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Sale items, including items purchased with a discount of 15% or more are not eligible for exchange.

To obtain an exchange or store credit  on your product you purchased,  you must meet these return policies:

Returns must be in the original condition, unworn, with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. There must be no sweat, makeup, deodorant, fake tan or marks of any kind. We reserve the right to reject and return your item if these conditions are not met. Zinzina does not accept returns for exchange or store credit unless the item is faulty and approved by our quality control team. 

  • Goods must be returned within 21 days of the purchase Date
  • Goods are in new condition
  • Does not apply to goods that are worn, washed, used, soiled, or damaged by the customer
  • Goods must retain all original labels and packaging
  • The item was not purchased at the sale price
  • The item is not an accessory or undergarment
  • This is your first return of the item in question

Damages and Issues

All of our designs are handmade with care and are inspected before dispatch to ensure only the highest of quality swimsuits are sent to you.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a short description of the fault along with a minimum of two photos of the fault. Rest assured, we will work to resolve your inquiry with priority with either a replacement, repair, or refund. Please email us at support@zinzina.com.au

Store credit or Exchange 
We offer store credit notes or exchanges if you wish to return your item for a better fit or because you have simply changed your mind. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return product, and let you know if your exchange or credit note has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically notfiy you so you can exchange the product for another item.  Our store credit notes have no expiry date and can be used for a similar product or for a completely different style.

Return Shipping

The cost of sending back the item/s is yours. Please ensure that your item/s are placed neatly, secured, and properly sealed within a postbag. Shipping costs are non-refundable by Zinzina.

As an Australian business, we are regulated by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). The Australian Consumer Law has consumer guarantees to ensure that, as a consumer, you are receiving a product that is not faulty, is in line with its description and be fit for purchase. The ACCC also highlights the grounds on which a consumer is eligible for a refund. These reasons do not apply if you have received what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase, or had no use for it. We are able to offer you a store credit if you wish to return your goods to us in as-received condition (outlined above), however do not offer refunds unless it's on the rare occasion that the product is received faulty. Prices are subject to change without notice.

In the rare chance a customer receives a faulty or incorrect item, please use our returns portal to submit images and details of the fault or the item you received. You can also email our team at support@zinzina.com.au with the subject line Faulty/Incorrect Item - Order # XXX and your order number. We will resolve the issue with a replacement, refund, or repair in line with Australian Consumer Legislation.
