RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?

We offer 21-day returns on all full-priced purchases. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit (please note: no refunds), your item must be received by Zinzina within 21 days from the date you received it.

Returned items must be in original conditionā€”unworn, unwashed, with all tags and hygiene stickers intact.
Can I return sale items?

All sale and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless deemed faulty.
How do I request a return or exchange?

Simply email our team at support@zinzina.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps and help you process your store credit or exchange smoothly.

Where do you ship?

We proudly ship worldwide. All orders are dispatched from Australia with tracked delivery for peace of mind.
How long does shipping take?

Within Australia, orders typically arrive

  • Express order: (1-2 Business Days)
  • Standard order (3-6 Business Days)

NOTE: Express shipping is free on all orders over $200

  • International orders - Australia Post International (4-10 Business Days)
How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on all Australian orders over AUD $200. For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location.
Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
How do I use a promo code or store credit code?

Enter promo or store credit code at checkout at the top right-hand side in the box marked ā€˜Gift card or discount codeā€™ and press ā€˜applyā€™. This will minus the store amount from your order total, or apply the discount to the order.
Can I cnacel my order without being charged?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has confirmed through our system and payment has been received.

SIZING & FIT
How do I know what size to order?

Each product includes a detailed size guide. We recommend checking your measurements against the guide. If youā€™re between sizes or unsure, our customer care team is happy to assist. Please email us on support@zinzina.com.au.
Do your swimwear pieces run true to size?

Yesā€”Zinzina Swimwear is designed to fit true to size with a luxurious, body-contouring feel. If you prefer a less snug fit, consider sizing up.

All Zinzina pieces are crafted from premium, sustainably sourced fabrics known for their softness, durability, and sculpting quality.
How should I care for my swimwear?

To preserve your piece, rinse after salt or chlorine exposure.

  • Hand-wash only in cold water
  • Do not iron or tumble dry
  • Do not dry clean
  • Do not bleach
Are your designs limited edition?

Yesā€”many Zinzina collections are produced in limited quantities to ensure exclusivity. Once sold out, designs may not be restocked.
