We offer 21-day returns on all full-priced purchases. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit (please note: no refunds), your item must be received by Zinzina within 21 days from the date you received it.
Returned items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags and hygiene stickers intact.
All sale and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless deemed faulty.
